It will long be remembered, the time when all screen names and email addresses were goofy, I had one of the worst, muffy98o1, yep o as in orange. Impossible to explain and more difficult to read correctly. I’m not Australian and I was 14 so the name was invented naively.

I’m lucky, in most ways I’m very healthy, I never get sick and I’m not naturally fat or unusually skinny. I’m also very intense. I wouldn’t say I’m very skilled as an athlete, its not that I’m uncoordinated, I’m decent, and its not that I’m unfit there is just something about sports I don’t get. It may be that I don’t anticipate all of the elements of a sport that everyone else gets. I think I’m the subject of the question, “Why did he miss that pass?”

SafetyTrick was a term I gleamed from a Transworld Snowboarding magazine some time in 2002. I was heading into or heading out of depression (the symptoms are the same for me) and reading this magazine over and over. Some article on the plans of some pro to compete in some competition explained the safety trick. The one trick you could always land, the trick you could land if you were sick or not on your game. Thats how I felt about my life, mediocre, anyone could land any trick I could.
